Despite arriving a day later than expected, the hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet enough, and overall, spacious and clean. The service, from the moment I walked in until I left, was always so helpful and nice, providing exceptional customer service. The location is awesome to go anywhere in the Old Market, making it easy to find good restaurants and being close to my main reason for the trip, the Henry Dorley Omaha zoo. The dining experience was good and reasonably priced by attentive and friendly staff. However, the rooms could use a little more soundproofing. The convenient onsite dining options for dinner and the proximity to the Old Market and downtown are great positives.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our anniversary celebration. The staff provided excellent service, being helpful, polite, and friendly. The location was ideal for walking to the theatre and Old Market, making it convenient for exploring the downtown area. Though the free breakfast was standard, the overall dining experience was respectable.
